Razom privacy policy
This version took effect on 3 November 2026. The app is made by the Razom team; write to support@razomfun.com with any question about your data.
In short
- There is no account. We don't know who you are.
- Player names, your own words, game history and settings stay on your phone.
- Unless you turn off "Send statistics", we receive anonymous statistics: which games were started and how long you played.
- If the app crashes, we receive a technical crash report without names or words.
- We don't sell data and we don't show ads.
What stays on your phone
The names of the people playing, their characters, words you added yourself, game history and scores, theme and other settings. We never receive them. Delete everything by deleting the app; clear the history in History → Clear.
What we receive
| Data | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Anonymous usage statistics: which games were opened and finished, duration, phone model, OS version, approximate country | To see what works and what to improve | up to 14 months |
| Crash reports: the app's technical state at the moment of the crash | To fix bugs | up to 90 days |
| If you play "One phone each": a random device identifier, the name you typed for the room, messages and drawings inside the game, reports about other players | To run the game across phones and to handle reports | room data while the game lasts; reports up to 180 days (the reported name, both device identifiers and the reason) |
We don't collect contacts, location or the advertising identifier. Photos you pick for a story stay on the phone until you share them.
Who processes the data
Statistics and crash reports are processed by our analytics provider as a data processor under contract with us. The server for "One phone each" runs on servers we rent and run ourselves. Data may be transferred outside Ukraine with the safeguards the law requires.
Legal basis
Statistics: your consent, which you can withdraw in Settings → "Send statistics". Crash reports and cross-phone play: our legitimate interest in keeping the app working.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, and to receive it in a portable form. As we don't know who you are, include the identifier from Settings → "Identifier for data requests" in a request about cross-phone play data. You can also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to the supervisory authority in your country.
Children
The app is not meant for children under 13. Sections with adult questions open only after confirming that everyone at the table is 18 or older.
